Chance Marshall
creator of ‘Self-Space’, creative psychotherapist, and author of How To Grow Through What You Go Through
With his warmth, humour, and honesty, Chance explored what it means to grow through the messiness of modern life. Drawing on his own experiences and thousands of therapy sessions with brave, brilliant people, he reflected on how we grow through grief, change, and uncertainty; what it means to live a fulfilled life (not just a full one); and the power of staying close to the people, places, and things that matter most.
He reminded us that growth isn’t about having it all figured out – it’s about creating space for honesty, connection, and real conversations.

Max Dubiel
Co-founder of
Redemption Roasters
The UK's prison system is facing an unprecedented crisis this year, with facilities across England and Wales nearing full capacity, creating critical issues for both prison residents and the country.
At our first Impact Series breakfast talk, Max shared his story of how he co-founded Redemption Roasters and how the organisation is now playing a role in combating the prison crisis. They reduce reoffending rates by providing training both inside and outside of prison, as well as offering employment to prison leavers at their London coffee shops.
Max’s inspirational story left us reflecting on how we can contribute to sustainable employment and help improve our communities.
