Creative psychotherapist, author, and member of this year’s Sunday Times Alternative Rich List

We come into this world with around four thousand weeks. What will you do with yours?

Our latest breakfast talk is with the brilliant Chance Marshall – creative psychotherapist and author of How To Grow Through What You Go Through.

Previously, Chance co-founded Self Space, where he led a team of 140 Clinical Psychologists, Psychotherapists, Arts Therapists and Counsellors to deliver over 120,000 therapy sessions. Now leading Ramble Retreats and other human-centred projects, he’s on a mission to make mental health more everyday and more human. From the streets of London to the Welsh mountains, he brings therapy outdoors and into real life scenarios, one meaningful conversation at a time.

In this session, Chance will explore what it means to grow through the messiness of modern life – when nothing feels certain, and everything feels like a lot. Drawing on personal experiences and thousands of sessions with brave, brilliant people, he’ll reflect on:

  • How we grow through grief, change and uncertainty

  • What it means to live a fulfilled life (not just a full one)

  • The power of staying close to the people, places and things that matter most

Whether you’re navigating a season of transition, feeling stretched, or simply human – this is a chance to pause, connect, and be in it together, whatever “it” is for you.

Breakfast, big feelings, and warm conversation provided.
